Military Law

Mr.  Neasham is a 1976 graduate of the Navy Judge Advocate School, Newport, Rhode Island, and a 1979 graduate of the U.S. Army Military Judges Course, Charlottesville, Virginia. Following his certification pursuant to Article 27(b), Uniform Code of Military Justice, Mr. Neasham was assigned as Trial Counsel and the Chief Defense Counsel for Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California.
Mr. Neasham also served as Special Assistant to the United States Attorney, Southern District of California (San Diego, California) and in that capacity represented multiple military installations in the San Diego area and handled approximately 2000 matters. In his role as a military attorney, Mr. Neasham has served as government  and defense counsel, individual military counsel and civilian counsel in all types of proceedings and hearing boards.
